AST contacted Grace Elnora Treffers, age 42 of Palmer. Investigation revealed, Treffers was operating a motor vehicle while impaired and under the influence of alcohol. Treffers was arrested, transported and remanded to the Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility, bail was set at $500.00. Investigation revealed, Lenaghen was operating a motor vehicle while Impaired and Under the Influence of Alcohol. The vehicle was towed at Lenaghen's request. During the investigation State Troopers contacted Rick Jenkins, (age 26 of Anchorage). Investigation revealed that Jenkins had a warrant for his arrest for failure to appear on an original charge of Theft. Jenkins was subsequently arrested and transported to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility where he was remanded into custody and held on $250.00 bail. State Troopers contacted the driver in a gray Nissan Pathfinder and identified her as Deanna Lynch, (age 43 of Wasilla). Investigation revealed that Lynch had been driving the vehicle under the influence of alcohol and on a revoked driver's license. Lynch was subsequently placed under arrest and transported to the Palmer State Trooper Post where she refused to submit to a chemical test of her breath. Lynch was then remanded into custody at Mat-Su Pretrial Facility where bail was set at $2,750 and a Court-Approved Third Party custodian. Entry to the buildings was forced and $80 in quarters was stolen from the City Office. These burglaries are believed to be related and investigation continues. Bennett reported the operator was also intoxicated. Investigation revealed that Eli Johnson, age 18 of Kodiak, rolled his black 1989 Toyota Truck and then went to his residence. Troopers contacted Johnson several days later and issued him a summons to appear in Kodiak Court for Failure to Immediately Report a Motor Vehicle Collision and Reckless Driving. Upon initial contact the passenger, Renee Ross, 48 years old of Soldotna, gave Troopers a false identity. An investigation revealed that Ross was in possession of Methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Ross was arrested and remanded into theSeward Jail on the above charges.
