Investigation revealed that 36 YOA Willy L. Castoe of Wasilla caused an estimated $200 in damage to the residence he shares with his girlfriend. Castoe was arrested for Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree involving DV and remanded to Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility where he was held without bail. Investigation revealed that the driver, Andrea Whittington, age 41, of Wasilla, was driving without a valid operators license. Whittington was issued a misdemeanor citation for NVOL and issued a citation for Failure to Provide Proof of Insurance. Whittington and the vehicle were released at the scene to a valid driver. Investigation revealed that Gary Kimball, 51 years of age, of Wasilla was pronounced deceased due to natural causes at 4650 Canter Loop, Wasilla. Next of kin were present as well as the Comfort 1 Nurse. AST notified the State Medical Examiners Office and released the body to next of kin. Comfort One papers are on file. John was transported to McGrath and is awaiting arraignment. Further investigation revealed that BROWN had been found by her relative, hanging from an electrical conduit, located in her bathroom, by an electrical cord tied around her neck. At approximately 0520 hours, BROWN was pronounced dead by the Manilliq Medical Center, Kotzebue, AK. No foul play is suspected at this time. Williams was also on felony probation and in possession of a handgun with the serial number destroyed.
