Violation

… a noncriminal offense punishable only by a fine, but not by imprisonment or other penalty; conviction of a violation does not give rise to any disability or legal disadvantage based on conviction of a crime; a person charged with a violation is not entitled to a trial by jury or to have a public defender or other counsel appointed at public expense to represent the person.

Minor Treated as Adult (AS 47.12.030)

    3. class B felony crime against a person if deadly weapon, priors

    2. tobacco possession <19 (AS 11.76.105)
    3. fish and game law (under AS 16)
    4.  parks and recreation law (under AS 41.21)
    5. alcohol possession/consumption (AS 04.16.050 noncriminal offenses: AS 04.16.050(c) - Minor Consuming: Habitual does not get tried in adult court)
    6. municipal curfew law
