AK17080382Location: SuttonType: Warrant Arrest
On 11/10/2017 at approximately 2004 hours, Alaska State Troopers received a report of a welfare check on a female at the Alpine Inn Bar in Sutton. Investigation revealed Anna Harmon, age 49 of Sutton, had 2 outstanding AST warrants for Failure to Appear to court on the original charge of DWLR. Harmon was arrested at the scene and was remanded to MSPT with bail set at $400 cash.

AK17080206Location: WillowType: Warrant Arrest
On 11/09/17 at 2100 hours, AST responded to Long Lake Road in Willow for the report of a suspicious vehicle. AST contacted Bradley Reynolds, age 40 of Wasilla, during the investigation. Reynolds had an outstanding warrant for his arrest for the failure to appear to a pre-trial conference hearing for the original charge of Assault in the 4th Degree. Reynolds was arrested on his warrant and transported to the MSPT facility in Palmer where he was held on $500 bail.

AK17079900Location: WillowType: No Vehicle Liability Insurance
On 11/08/17 at 1500 hours, AST performed a traffic stop on a blue 2001 Chevy Impala near mile 77 of the Parks Highway in Willow. Investigation revealed Michael Masek, age 32 of Willow, was driving while his license was suspended and he did not have liability insurance for the vehicle. Masek was issued a misdemeanor citation for No Vehicle Liability Insurance and a minor offense citation for Driving While License Suspended with mandatory court appearances for both citations at a later date.

AK17080208Location: PalmerType: DUI
On 11/9/2017 at approximately 2143 hours, Alaska State Troopers responded to a reported motor vehicle collision at S. Old Glenn Highway and S. River Drive. Investigation revealed Eric W. Raese, age 32, of Wasilla was driving under the influence when he lost control of his 2006 Dodge Ram 1500. Raese was arrested for DUI and remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial where he was released on his own recognizance.

AK17079084Location: SewardType: Warrant Arrest
On November 5, 2017 at approximately 1413 hours, Alaska State Troopers observed Matthew Mooter, 33 YOA of Seward, outside a residence on Eagle Lane in Seward. AST had prior knowledge that Mooter had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. A records check verified Mooter's arrest warrant was still active. Mooter was arrested and transported to Seward Jail where he was remanded and held on $50 bail.

AK17079448Location: SewardType: Attempted Burglary 1, Criminal Mischief 4
On 11/7/17 at approximately 0325 hours, Alaska State Troopers responded to the Salmon Creek Trailer Court #4 for the report of an in-progress burglary attempt. Investigation revealed three unknown persons attempted to gain entry into the trailer. The persons were described as wearing black clothing and had face masks on. Entry into the trailer was not made, however they did damage the trailer. Damage to the trailer was estimated at $600.00. On 11/9/17 at approximately 1600 hours a female resident of Seward contacted the Alaska State Troopers to report a violation of a Domestic Violence Restraining Order. Investigation into this report is continuing.

AK17080338Location: SoldotnaType: Warrant Arrest
On 11/10/17 at approximately 1527 hours, I conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle containing two occupants near Tote Rd. and the Sterling Hwy. The passenger of the vehicle was identified as Lanny Perril, age 30 of Soldotna. Subsequent investigation revealed Perril had five outstanding arrest warrants. Perril was arrested on his warrants (original charges of Misconduct Involving Controlled Substances in the 4th degree and Driving While License Revoked). Perril was transported to Wildwood Correctional Facility where he was remanded with a $1,500 bail.

AK Wildlife Troopers
AK17080360Location: CantwellType: Wanton Waste of a big game animal.
On 11/10/17 at 1500 hours, Alaska Wildlife Troopers, Cantwell Post, while on a snow machine patrol of the Denali Highway, located a cow caribou carcass along with a calf caribou carcass that appeared to be hunter harvested and left to waste at mile 126 of the Denali Highway. The investigation revealed that none of the meat from either caribou was salvaged.
