    Dispatch Text:

    On 04/20/2017 at about 2329 hours. the Alaska State Troopers received a report of a disturbance at a residence located at mile 11 of the North Tongass Highway.  Investigation revealed that an intoxicated, 17 year old male, assaulted a family member and caused minor physical injury. Case is being forwarded to Juvenile Intake.

    Dispatch Text:

    On 4/20/17 at approximately 2205 hours, Alaska State Troopers responded to a disturbance on E Hanna Cir in Wasilla.  Investigation revealed Theron Freeman, age 21 of Wasilla, recklessly caused injury to two family members with a weapon.  Freeman was arrested for two counts of Assault in the Third Degree, Domestic Violence.  Freeman was transported to the Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and held without bail.

    On 4/20/17 at approximately 1830 hours, Alaska State Troopers received a report of harm to a juvenile.  Investigation revealed Travis Boyd, age 35 of Wasilla, recklessly caused physical injury to a household family member.  Boyd was arrested for Assault in the Fourth Degree Domestic Violence.  Boyd was transported to the Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and held without bail.

    On 4-19-17 at approximately 1300 hours AST responded to a disturbance at a residence on the Old Richardson Hwy in Copper Center. Investigation resulted in the arrest of Alece Miller, age 21 of Copper Center for DV Assault and Interfering with Reporting a DV Crime. Miller was held at AST Glennallen pending arraignment.

    On 4-20-17 AST responded to a disturbance at a residence near mile 188 Glenn Hwy in Glennallen. Investigation resulted in the arrest of Jeremy Stevens, age 34 of Glennallen for Disorderly Conduct. Alcohol was a factor in the incident.

    On 4-21-17 at approximately 1450 hours AST responded to crash near mile 90 of the Richardson Hwy. John Kowalski, age 77 of Glennallen was driving southbound near mile 90 Richardson Hwy when he struck a moose in the roadway. No injury was reported. The 2002 Ford F150 was towed from the scene.

    UPDATE: With the assistance of the Alaska U.S. Marshals Service Alaska Fugitive Task Force and the USMS Pacific Southwest Regional Fugitive Task Force, Charlie was located on 5/3/2017 and is safe.

    On 4/18/2017, Alaska State Troopers in Palmer were requested to assist the Office of Children Services (OCS) in located Charlie, 4. Charlie is believed to be with her father, Raymond Martin, 57 of Wasilla, who failed to relinquish custody. OCS has not been able to locate Charlie since 3/21/2017. Anyone with any information regarding the whereabouts of Charlie or Raymond Martin are asked to contact law enforcement immediately. Troopers in the Valley can be contacted at 352-5401.

    Dispatch Text:

    On 04/20/2017 at approximately 1615 hours, the Alaska State Troopers in Bethel received a report of a domestic violence assault involving a firearm in the village of Kipnuk.  Troopers with the Bethel Post and Bethel Violent Offender's Unit responded to Kipnuk.  Gabriel Paul, 22 of Kipnuk, was subsequently arrested for Assault in the Second Degree, Assault in the Third Degree, Assault in the Fourth Degree, and Misconduct Involving a Weapon in the Fourth Degree.  He was transported to Bethel and remanded at YKCC without further incident.

    Dispatch Text:

    On 4-20-17 at about 1703 hours, Alaska State Troopers in Tok contacted Duane Wolf, age 24 of Tetlin, AK near milepost 1314 of the Alaska Highway. Investigation revealed that Duane had an outstanding $5,000.00 Fairbanks AST/JS felony warrant. Duane was arrested and transported to Fairbanks Correctional Facility.

    Type: DUI/Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test

    On April 21, 2017 at 1:26 AM, the Alaska State Troopers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for failure to maintain its lane.  Troopers identified the driver as 39 year old Fairbanks resident Troy Franklin.  Troy was subsequently arrested for Driving Under the Influence.  Troy was transported to Fairbanks Correctional Center where he was remanded on $750.00 bail for DUI and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test.

    On 4/21/17 at about 1332 hours, Alaska Wildlife Troopers and Alaska State Troopers responded to the Tok School following a report of a weapon violation. Investigation revealed that a juvenile student had a pellet/BB gun and some meals-ready-to-eat (MRE) heater packs in his locker. Subsequent investigation revealed that two juveniles had planned to utilize the items for recreational purposes after school off school grounds. No criminal charges were filed.

    Dispatch Text:

    On 4-21-17 at approximately 2143 hours, Soldotna AST conducted a traffic stop on an older model Chevy pickup for expired registration. AST contacted two males, one of which was 25 year old Soldotna resident Cole Sedy. Subsequent investigation revealed Sedy to have a no bail probations warrant for probation violaiton. Sedy was placed under arrest and remanded to WWPT and held without bail.

    On 4/8/17 at approximately 1657 hours, Alaska State Troopers received a report of a vehicle stolen from a residence in Cooper Landing. The vehicle was described as a 1991 Black Chevrolet 1500 with a dent in driver’s side bumper and damage on the front driver’s side corner panel. The vehicle was stolen within the last week. Seward Troopers are requesting the public to contact the Seward Trooper Post at 907-224-3346 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-478-Halt with any information reference the vehicle theft.

    On 04/06/2017 at approximately 2030 hours, Alaska State Troopers Bureau of Highway Patrol contacted Henry J. Miller, age 22 of Glenallen, for a equipment violation. Investigation revealed that Miller did not have a Drivers License. Curtis was issued a Criminal Citation for NVOL. Miller’s vehicle was released to a licensed driver with his permission.
