    Location: Ketchikan
    Type: DUI/ DWLR

    Dispatch Text:

    On 08/12/2019 Alaska State Troopers in Ketchikan received a report of a vehicle in the ditch near 2.8 mile South Tongass Highway. Alaska State Troopers and US Forest Service Officers responded to the area and located a 1994 Nissan Pathfinder partially in the roadway, the driver had departed the area on foot prior to police arrival. Troopers located the driver nearby and identified him as 55 year old Jeffery Clark of Ketchikan. Clark was taken into custody and remanded to the Ketchikan jail under charges of DUI and Driving While License Revoked. There were no injuries and no damage to the vehicle which was later released to the registered owner.

    Dispatch Text:

    UPDATE: On 8/16/2019, at approximately 2000 hours, Shelly Ingram was found deceased in Houston. Her vehicle was located at the scene. Ms. Ingram's remains were transported to the State Medical Examiner and next of kin have been notified. No foul play is suspected at this time.

    On 8/05/2019 at approximately 1937 hours Alaska State Troopers received a report of a missing person, Shelly Ingram, age 43, who was last seen in Wasilla on 8/4/2019.  Shelly’s cell was pinged off a cell tower located near mile 59 of the Parks Hwy near Zero Lake Park at approximately 0637 hours on 08/05/2019. Ingram drives a gold Toyota Corolla with Michigan Plates DBS 9904. Anyone having contact or information regarding Shelly Ingram is asked to contact the Alaska State Troopers in Palmer at 907-352-5401.

    Location: Talkeetna
    Type: Warrant Arrest

    Dispatch Text:

    On 8-13-19, at approximately 1400 hours, Alaska State Troopers, Palmer Judicial Services warrant unit contacted Larry Pruitt, age 69 of Talkeetna for a warrant service at his residence in Talkeetna. Investigation revealed that Pruitt had an outstanding warrant for Sexual Abuse of Minor 2nd degree. Pruitt was arrested without incident and remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial. Bail was set no bail.

    Dispatch Text:

    On 08/06/2019 at approximately 1540 hours, Alaska State Troopers responded to a report of damage to a fence on N. Williwaw Way in Wasilla.  Investigation reveals someone damaged the fence with an ATV. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Alaska State Troopers at Crime Stoppers at 745-3333.

    On 08/06/2019 at approximately 0735 hours, Alaska State Troopers responded to a report of a theft from a vehicle at N. Bunny Drive in Wasilla.  Investigation revealed someone stole a Halo Bolt battery jump starter system from an unlocked vehicle.  Anyone with information is asked to contact the Alaska State Troopers at Crime Stoppers at 745-3333.

    On 7/30/2019 at approximately 1445 hours, Alaska State Troopers responded to a report of a theft at S. Talkeetna Spur Rd.  Investigation revealed someone entered a shared living space and stole around $300 in unsecured cash.   Anyone with information is asked to contact the Alaska State Troopers at Crime Stoppers at 745-3333.

    On 8/6/2019 at approximately 1702 hours, Alaska State Troopers responded to a report of a theft at E. Chickaloon Dr.  Investigation revealed that sometime between April and June 2019, an unknown person or persons broke a lock on a gate to the property and stole a red connex shipping container.  Anyone with information is asked to contact the Alaska State Troopers at Crime Stoppers at 745-3333.

    On 08/12/2019 at approximately 2116 hours, Alaska State Troopers responded to a report of an assault on Mount Dall in Talkeetna. Investigation revealed a 34 year old Talkeetna male assaulted another with a firearm, by placing them in fear of being shot. Investigation into this incident is ongoing and Troopers are requesting an arrest warrant for the suspect.

    Type: Criminal Mischief III DV & Assault IV DV

    On 08/13/2019 at approximately 0047 hours, Alaska State Troopers responded to an address on Backhaus Street in Houston for a report of a domestic disturbance. Investigation revealed 39 year old Houston male intentionally caused $2500 in damage to a family member's property and placed that family member in fear of physical injury. Troopers were unable to locate the suspect and are requesting a warrant for their arrest.

    On 08-12-2019, at approximately 1630 hours, AST responded to Three Bears Alaska on Pittman Road to the report of trespassing. Investigation revealed that Megan Unger, age 27 of Houston, was found in the store after being trespassed on a previous date.  Unger was issued a citation requiring a mandatory court appearance for Criminal Trespassing.

    Dispatch Text:

    On 0438 hours, Alaska State Troopers received a call from a Tribal Police Officer from the village of Manokotak stating that there had been a serious domestic violence assault there. Investigation revealed that Richard Weedman, age 26 of Manokotak, had assaulted another person there. Weedman was arrested and transported to the Dillingham Jail where he was remanded, without bail, on charges of Assault 2 (DV), Assault 3 (DV), and Assault 4 (DV).

    On 08/13/2019, at approximately 1350 hours, Alaska State Troopers received a call of a serious assault in the village of New Stuyahok.  Troopers flew to the village and conducted an investigation which revealed that Keith Roberts, age 56 of New Stuyahok, had entered the home of another person and assaulted him with a weapon.  During the arrest of Roberts, Peter Andrew, age 30 of New Stuyahok, refused to leave the area at the direction of a law enforcement officer.  Roberts and Andrew were both arrested and transported to the Dillingham Jail where they were remanded, Roberts without bail, and Andrew was later released on his own recognizance.

    On 08/11/2019 at approximately 2306 hours the Alaska State Troopers in Fairbanks received a report of a disturbance near Lyle Road in North Pole.  Investigation determined Zachary Mesak, age 22 from Kwigillingok broke property valued at less than $250 belonging to a family member.  Mesak was arrested for Criminal Mischief 5th (DV) and remanded to Fairbanks Correctional Center where he was held pending arraignment.  Alcohol was considered to be a factor.

    Dispatch Text:

    On 08/12/2019 at approximately 0200 hours the Alaska State Troopers received a report of a disturbance being caused by a neighbor near 6 mile CHSR.  The suspect, Kevin Vance, age 40 from Fairbanks left prior to AST's arrival and Troopers were unable to locate him at the time.  Vance later came back to the same residence and caused another disturbance.  At 0533 hours Troopers located Vance.  Investigation determined Vance was on Conditions of Release not to consume alcohol and it was determined Vance had recently consumed alcohol.  Vance was arrested for VCOR and Stalking 2nd.  Vance was remanded to FCC where he was held pending arraignment.

    On 8/12/19 at 2100 hours, Alaska State Troopers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle near mile 152 Sterling Highway in Anchor Point. Investigation revealed the driver, Christopher Raymond Dubbe, 35 of Anchor Point, was driving with a revoked license (with prior convictions). Dubbe was issued a misdemeanor court citation and released on scene.

    On 08/10/2019, Scott Edgar, 37 of Ketchikan, was cited by Alaska Wildlife Troopers Ketchikan Post for failing to complete his charter logbook as required.  Edgar was cited after he was contacted while providing a guided sport fish charter on the marine waters near Ketchikan.  Bail is set at $220.00 in the Ketchikan District Court.

    On 7/30/19, Alaska Wildlife Troopers, Sitka Post cited Steven T. Fish, age 64, of Sitka for subsistence fishing too close to a weir. Photos of him fishing by use of a dipnet within the closed area at the Redoubt Lake Falls weir on 7/15/19 were provided to Troopers.    An arraignment is set in the District Court at Sitka.

    On 8/12/19 Alaska Wildlife Troopers, Sitka Post contacted James D. Hollingshead, age 31 of Washington as the guide on a charter vessel offshore of Kruzof Island.  Investigation revealed the crew of the vessel had legally retained coho salmon and pelagic rockfish during the guided trip, however, guide and crew were not recorded as anglers in the logbook as required.  Hollingshead was cited for failing to complete sport fish guide logbook with bail set at $220 in the District Court at Sitka.

    On 08/11/2019, Alaska Wildlife Troopers Ketchikan Post cited Larry H Richards (76 YOA) of Ketchikan for sport fishing without a license in possession. Richards was cited after he was contacted while fishing in Tongass Narrows without a 2019 sport-fishing license in possession. Bail is set at $220 in the Ketchikan Court.

    On 8/13/19, Martin J. Matthews, age 53 of Juneau was cited by Wildlife Troopers for operating three personal use king crab pots in the closed waters of St. James Bay. Matthews was also issued two citations for failing to have a biodegradable escape mechanism installed in any of the crab pots. Matthews citations totaled $460.
