CDVSA Legal Services

CDVSA provides funding support for civil legal advocacy services and programs that provide training including the Alaska Network on Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault’s (ANDVSA) Legal Advocacy Project (LAP).

The LAP increases the ability of victims of domestic violence and sexual assault to effectively access and participate in the civil and criminal justice system by providing legal advocacy training and support for advocates. The LAP is a resource for advocates at victim services programs throughout Alaska. ANDVSA also provides direct pro bono legal services to women in need of civil legal services.
